I had a meal at your restaurant in Taling Ngam on December 6, 2014. I found that food presentation and taste were changed. What happened?
Answer: First of all, thank you very much for your visit at our restaurant. Please let us explain to you. At the time you visited us, our contract of leasing the land was ended. We actually moved everything out of from that land. We are temporary closed at the moment and sorry for your inconvenience caused.
When can we visit your restaurant at the new location? Would the tatse of all dishes be the same?
Answer: Our restaurant will be opened on December 16, 2015. We guarantee you that our food will be the same as we have our own recipe with all of our old chef and staff. They all are back to work with us again upon the opening of the restaurant at the new location. Therefore, it is surely assured that you will be served with the original recipes from visiting us at the new location.
We both had a meal at your restaurant about a year ago. During our stay this year, we requested our hotel’s staff to make a booking at The Five Island again, but staff informed us that your restaurant’s been closed. The staff took us to another restaurant that it looked like yours in which it’s located about 1 km. from your restaurant. We’re wondering that was it your restaurant? Do you have any branches in Samui?
